Here you can add and handle users that does not require a Microsoft 365 license, and some other options. 

Omnia users can also be set up for a business profile only, so users in that business profile can be handled by a business profile administrator. For more information, see: :doc:`User management - business profile </admin-settings/business-group-settings/user-management-bp/index>`
